I've never recommended a garage or auto body shop before but these guys really impressed me. I had to repair a Tesla Model 3 bumper. The shop is very nicely set up, everyone I came in contact with was 100% professional and courteous. Seriously, the customer support is swanky. They texted me updates on my repair daily, linking to a web portal with realtime updates and the current estimate. It was all very smooth. The job came in at exactly the estimate they gave me - which was slightly below average compared to a lot of these other Pasadena shops I checked with and finished a day earlier than I was expecting. Also I dropped the car off a built filthy after a roadtrip and at about 40% battery. When I picked it up, it 'd been washed spotless and was fully charged. Which was a nice change of pace compared to a Tesla Service Center. Arshak and Jose were awesome and have made a life long customer out of me. There is no better shop for Tesla repairs in or around Pasadena.

The work they do is amazing, really impressed with attention to detail. Never easy dealing with auto insurance companies. Rep did everything he said he would and helped me get my car fast.
